At Law SEO Pros, we are committed to delivering the services outlined in your agreement in a timely and professional manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our service delivery process, timelines, and commitments.
1. Service Onboarding
After signing a service agreement, the fulfillment process begins with:
- An initial strategy call within 5 business days
- A comprehensive audit of your current digital presence within 10 business days
- A detailed strategy and action plan delivered within 15 business days
- Active service implementation beginning within 20 business days of agreement execution
2. Monthly Deliverables
Each month, we commit to delivering the specific services outlined in your agreement. This typically includes:
- SEO activities (technical optimization, content creation, link building)
- GEO activities (entity optimization, AI visibility monitoring, content strategy)
- Reporting and analytics review
- Monthly strategy call with your dedicated account manager
Specific deliverables vary by service package and are outlined in your individual agreement.
3. Reporting and Communication
- Monthly performance reports are delivered within the first 5 business days of each month
- Monthly strategy calls are scheduled at a consistent time each month
- Email support is available during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST)
- Emergency support is available for urgent website issues
4. Service Timeline Expectations
Digital marketing results vary based on practice area, market competitiveness, and service type:
- PPC campaigns: Initial results visible within the first month
- Local SEO: Noticeable improvements within 2-4 months
- Organic SEO: Measurable improvements within 3-6 months
- GEO / AI visibility: Initial results within 2-3 months, significant results at 4-6 months
- Web design: Launch within 4-8 weeks from project kickoff
5. Content Ownership
All content created for your firm (website copy, blog posts, graphics, etc.) is owned by you. We retain no proprietary claims to your content. This is a core differentiator of our service.
6. Website Ownership
Websites we build for you are built on WordPress and are fully owned by you. Your domain, hosting, and all website files belong to your firm. We do not use proprietary platforms that lock you in.
7. Cancellation Policy
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation:
- We will provide a complete handoff of all access credentials
- You retain full ownership of all content, websites, and accounts
- No cancellation fees apply
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be fully delivered
8. Service Level Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and meeting our agreed-upon deliverables. If we fall short:
- We will acknowledge the shortfall promptly
- We will provide a timeline for remediation
- We will make it right — that’s our commitment to every client
